Everything was perfect, and the breakfast was reasonably good and delicious for all tastes. Had twin room with a beautiful view, a safe box and the bedroom to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. Its location was stunning and wonderful, just next door to including the widely popular Es Trenc, and a blue sea.

Their staff were abrupt.

The location of this hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! With two private beaches just seconds away, the views of the tranquil blue waters are jaw-dropping. The convenience of nearby restaurants and the option to walk to the port through town in just half an hour is super. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. The delicious and diverse menu for breakfast and dinner, enjoyed with a sea view, is simply amazing. a truly unforgettable and satisfying experience!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Colonia Sant Jordi and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was right next to a beautiful beach, offering stunning views from my room's balcony. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and provided a hot shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were pleasant and accommodating throughout my stay. it was a lovely area and I enjoyed the quieter atmosphere, while still having access to many restaurants and a nice port area. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic beach location, clean rooms, and excellent breakfast.

Absolutely nothing 🚫

Very pleasant experience, reasonable base for celebrating birthday. Newly decorated accommodation with incredible setting close enough to water sports, and the restaurant at the earlier sitting on Friday. The service in general was GOOD. Lovely pool.

Very pleasant overall experience. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated and nicely furnished rooms. Freshly cooked and amazing breakfasts with pastries and open cooking station provided by the fabulously helpful staff. Perfect and best possible location very close to the best beach, the city center and centre, easy check-in.

Lovely seaside views from the room. Varied breakfast with a wide selection. Two nearby beaches, one large and one cozy. Friendly and attentive staff. Feel at home atmosphere.

It was in a stunning location in the bay for Colonia St Jordi. The rooms were reasonably spacious with a beautiful view, you feel like home.

The hotel location was perfect, just by the beach and offering loads of water sports. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We enjoyed a great selection of food at the restaurant on Friday and the room was clean and tidy with an amazing sea view.

There were some extra charges for amenities, such as wifi access and beach towel hire which we found to be quite expensive.

Being able to walk out of the hotel straight onto a beautiful and pristine beach was amazing. I really appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and great facilities. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Couldn't find any faults at all

The breakfast and dinner buffets were great, offering a variety of options. The location was ideal for my business needs, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. the room was spacious enough for my needs and the bathroom facilities were modern and clean.

The staff at the front desk seemed overworked and not very friendly. the hotel charged for many things, including wifi and even pool loungers, which I found unreasonable.

The beach view was amazing and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The location was perfect with easy access to beautiful sandy beaches and sea swimming.

The parking was terribly difficult during the day and sunbeds were reserved with an extra charge, leaving us without a place to relax. the dinner wasn't consistently good and was overpriced, considering the size of the room and some other services were not included.

Loved the tranquility of Sant Elm and the beautiful sandy beach. Magaluf is so famous for being lively, just amazing! Universal Hotel Marqués had a gorgeous Mediterranean design. And the sea promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll or bike ride, was just divine.

Being so relaxed and carefree in Sant Elm and Magaluf, it's a shame the hotel couldn't match that vibe.
